• Each participating artist may nominate up to three works to compete.
• Competing works will be marked with a Public Choice Entry badge.
• These works will appear in the showroom and inside the artist’s full booth.
• Verified visitors may vote once per category during the 45-day voting period.

The cash award is activated by category.

• The 2,000 cash award is activated when a category reaches at least 30 confirmed participants.
• If a category does not reach 30 confirmed participants, the cash award is not activated for that category.
• In that case, the most voted eligible work still receives 12 total months of full booth presence on Delacroix at no additional cost.

When the cash award is activated, the most voted eligible work in each category receives:

• A 2,000 cash award in the winner’s registration currency.
• 18 total months of full booth presence on Delacroix at no additional cost.
• The award is given to the author of the winning work.
• Paid currencies may include: €2,000, £2,000, US$2,000, CA$2,000, AU$2,000, or NZ$2,000.

Public voting remains open for 45 days.

• September 1 to 30, 2026: voting during TrendZ Art.
• October 1 to 15, 2026: voting continues during the first days of continued presence on Delacroix.
• Winners are announced in the second half of October 2026, after vote verification.

• Each verified visitor may vote once per category.
• Voting requires a confirmed email address and a verified WhatsApp number.
• Voters must be 18 years old or older.
• Participating artists may vote, but they cannot vote for themselves or for their own works.

Vote counts and rankings are not displayed during the voting period. Final results are confirmed only after vote verification. Duplicate, automated, suspicious, fraudulent, paid, or manipulated votes may be removed before winners are announced. TrendZ Art may also review additional authenticity signals, including social profile consistency, when needed to protect the integrity of the voting process.

• Cash awards are paid exclusively through PayPal.
• Winners must provide a valid, active, verified PayPal account within 7 calendar days after official notification.
• PayPal fees, currency conversions, account limitations, holds, or requirements are the responsibility of the winner.

To receive a cash award, participants must remain financially eligible. Installment payments must be paid by their due dates as defined at registration. Any late installment payment makes the participant ineligible for the cash award, even if the payment is completed later. In that case, if the participant wins their category, they may still receive the non-cash Delacroix presence award, unless there is fraud, vote manipulation, copyright violation, false information, or another serious rule violation.
