1. Page Opening
The TrendZ Art Public Choice Awards is a public-choice award created to highlight works participating in TrendZ Art.
During the event and the additional voting period, verified visitors may vote for competing works. The most voted works in each category may receive a cash award, as well as extended presence on Delacroix, according to the conditions described on this page.
The award was created to increase visibility for participating artists, encourage visits to the booths, and recognize the works that generate the strongest response from the public.
2. What is the TrendZ Art Public Choice Awards?
The TrendZ Art Public Choice Awards is an award based on public voting.
Each participating artist may nominate up to three works to compete. These works will be identified with a special badge and may appear both in the showroom and inside the artist’s full booth.
Voting is carried out by the public, not by a judging panel. The goal is to recognize the works that receive the highest support from verified visitors during the official voting period.
3. Who Can Participate
The TrendZ Art Public Choice Awards is open to artists registered and approved for TrendZ Art who:
- have confirmed participation in the event;
- have submitted their materials within the required deadlines;
- have nominated their competing works according to the organizer’s instructions;
- comply with the general rules of the event;
- are 18 years old or older, when applicable to participation and award payment rules.
Participation in the award is linked to participation in TrendZ Art. The award is not an independent competition separate from the event.
4. Award Categories
The TrendZ Art Public Choice Awards will be divided into four main categories:
- Painting & Drawing
- Photography
- Illustration & Digital Art
- Urban Art, Mural & Graffiti
Each work competes within the category corresponding to the type of work presented.
The organizer may review the category selected by the participant if the work is considered incorrectly classified or incompatible with its visual nature.
5. Competing Works
Each participating artist may nominate up to three works to compete in the TrendZ Art Public Choice Awards.
Competing works will be identified with a special badge, such as Public Choice Entry, so the public can clearly recognize which works are part of the voting process.
Competing works may appear:
- in the TrendZ Art showroom;
- inside the artist’s full booth;
- in promotional areas related to the event;
- in official communications about the award.
The award will be given to the author of the winning work, according to the eligibility rules described on this page.
6. Voting Period
Public voting will remain open for 45 days.
The expected voting period is:
- September 1 to 30, 2026: voting during TrendZ Art;
- October 1 to 15, 2026: voting during the first days of continued presence on Delacroix.
After voting closes, the organizer will verify the votes before confirming the winners.
Winners will be announced in the second half of October 2026, after the vote review and validation process is completed.
7. Voting Rules
Each verified visitor may vote once per category.
To vote, the visitor must provide and confirm:
- a valid email address;
- a verified WhatsApp number;
- confirmation that they are 18 years old or older.
Voting is public, but vote counts, rankings, and results will not be displayed during the voting period.
Participating artists may vote, but they cannot vote for themselves or for their own works.
The organizer may invalidate votes that violate the award rules or compromise the integrity of the voting process.
8. Vote Verification and Anti-Fraud Review
All results are subject to verification before the official announcement of the winners.
The organizer may remove votes considered:
- duplicate;
- automated;
- suspicious;
- fraudulent;
- paid;
- manipulated;
- inconsistent with verification data;
- incompatible with genuine public participation.
The organizer may also review additional authenticity signals, including email consistency, WhatsApp verification, voting behavior, and social profile consistency, when necessary to protect the integrity of the process.
The verification process is designed to keep the voting fair, reliable, and protected against artificial manipulation.
9. Cash Award Activation
The cash award is activated by category.
Each category must reach at least 30 confirmed participants for the cash award to be activated in that category.
When a category reaches this minimum, the most voted eligible work in that category may receive the 2,000 cash award in the winner’s registration currency.
If a category does not reach 30 confirmed participants, the cash award will not be activated for that category.
In that case, the most voted eligible work in the category may still receive the non-cash Delacroix presence award, according to the conditions described on this page.
10. What Winners Receive
When the cash award is activated, the most voted eligible work in each category will receive:
- a 2,000 cash award in the winner’s registration currency;
- 18 total months of full booth presence on Delacroix at no additional cost;
- recognition as the category winner in the TrendZ Art Public Choice Awards.
Paid currencies may include, depending on the winner’s registration currency:
- €2,000
- £2,000
- US$2,000
- CA$2,000
- AU$2,000
- NZ$2,000
The award will be given to the author of the winning work, provided that the participant remains eligible under the financial, technical, and anti-fraud rules of the award.
11. Cash Award Eligibility
To receive a cash award, the participant must remain financially eligible.
If the participant selected installment payment, all installments must be paid by their respective due dates, as defined at the time of registration.
Any late installment payment makes the participant ineligible for the cash award, even if the payment is completed later.
If the participant wins their category but loses cash award eligibility due to a late installment payment, they may still receive the non-cash Delacroix presence award, unless there is fraud, vote manipulation, copyright violation, false information, or another serious rule violation.
The participant may not start or maintain participation in the event if there are outstanding financial issues that prevent confirmation under the general TrendZ Art rules.
12. Cash Award Payment
Cash awards will be paid exclusively through PayPal.
The winner must provide a valid, active, verified PayPal account within 7 calendar days after the organizer’s official notification.
It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that their PayPal account is able to receive the award amount.
PayPal fees, currency conversions, account limitations, holds, tax requirements, local requirements, or platform restrictions are the responsibility of the winner.
If the winner does not provide a valid PayPal account within the required period, or if the account is not able to receive the payment, the organizer may retain, postpone, cancel, or redefine the handling of the award, according to the full rules and applicable law.
13. Non-Cash Delacroix Presence Award
In addition to the cash award, eligible winners in categories where the cash award is activated will receive 18 total months of full booth presence on Delacroix at no additional cost.
If a category does not reach the minimum of 30 confirmed participants, the cash award will not be activated. In that case, the most voted eligible work in the category may receive 12 total months of full booth presence on Delacroix at no additional cost.
This non-cash award is designed to maintain visibility for the artist and their work after the main TrendZ Art period.
Presence on Delacroix is subject to the platform’s technical, editorial, and operational rules.
14. Disqualification Criteria
The organizer may disqualify a work, participant, or vote in cases including:
- fraud;
- attempted vote manipulation;
- vote buying;
- use of automation, bots, or artificial voting systems;
- submission of false information;
- use of works without authorship or authorization;
- copyright violation;
- image rights violation;
- content incompatible with the event rules;
- abusive, offensive, or harmful behavior toward the event;
- failure to comply with financial rules;
- attempt to obtain improper advantage;
- any conduct that compromises the integrity of the award.
In serious cases, the participant may lose both the cash award and the non-cash award.
The organizer may request additional information to verify authorship, identity, ownership, eligibility, or vote authenticity.
15. Winner Announcement
Winners will be announced in the second half of October 2026, after the voting period closes and the vote verification process is completed.
The announcement may be made through:
- the official TrendZ Art page;
- official event communications;
- email to participants;
- promotional materials;
- social media;
- other areas of the platform or related event ecosystem.
The organizer may disclose the artist’s name, winning work, category, booth, and images related to the work, according to the usage rights accepted by the participant within the context of the event.
16. Organizer Rights and Final Decisions
The TrendZ Art organizer may review votes, works, categories, eligibility, and results before final confirmation of the winners.
The organizer may also take any necessary decisions to protect the integrity of the award, including removing suspicious votes, requesting additional verification, correcting technical inconsistencies, and resolving cases not specifically covered by the rules.
The organizer’s final decisions regarding eligibility, vote verification, award activation, disqualification, and winner confirmation will be considered final for the purposes of the award.
